Choose your leg action
Yoga Walk half a mile with breathing, stretching and mindfulness
Basic Route run or use wheels for 3 miles: Past Library and Parish Church to Hayward 's School. Along High Street to Landscore School . Up path by Hospital. Downhill to Town Square .
Finish with home made cakes and cold drinks in Town Square from 11am and opportunities to make petitions and promises for safety & air quality.
Optional extras:
Basic Route plus 4 to Sandford and back = 7 miles
or Basic Route plus 7 to Punchbowl, back via Sandford = 10 miles.
