CCA Newsletter Issue 14

Hello Everyone,

Some General News First:

Congratulations to CCA supporter Nancy Dowling who has recently completed her first marathon, the Shakespeare Marathon in Oxfordshire, in under 5 hrs. Nancy completed the 26 + miles in aid of Crediton Arts Centre. Its not too late to sponsor Nancy by popping into the Green House and dropping off some cash for a job well done and a very worthy cause.

Also our sympathies go out to Linda Lever, one of the founders of CCA and a tireless environmental campaigner, whom many of you will know. After several weeks of feeling unwell Linda is now in hospital in Exeter with a heart problem, and will probably need an operation . Get well soon Linda. Our thoughts are with you.

As you will see below there are a lot of CCA activities going on now. All the action groups welcome new members and if you have even a little time to give to any of the diverse range of things that are beginning to happen please get in touch with the relevant organiser. You will be assured of a warm welcome.

With Many Thanks to those people who sent in contributions of general rather than local interest that I don't have space to include in this issue. We do appreciate your support. Please keep them coming.

Paula
