Sustainable Crediton newsletter issue 147, September 2023

Welcome to the newsletter. It seems that the holidays are really over and that Crediton is charged with renewed energy and creativity! Just take a look below at what is going on: it is truly impressive for a town of our size.

Our Core Group has been really busy planning ahead. Special thanks this month though to the wider SusCred community of supporters without whose commitment and enthusiasm the newsletter would make for very brief reading.

The Green Fair in the Square returns for a third year on the 23rd September: full details below. Do come along and take part.

With best wishes,

John Craythorne and Lesley Thomas: joint newsletter editors

Singing for climate action

Climate protest has taken many forms over the past few years. It's left many of us wondering how it can be impactful, thought provoking but not alienating, whilst avoiding the risk of arrest for the majority who don't want to go down that road. Some mass actions have resulted in considerable media ...
