The Big Butterfly Count was launched in 2010 by the charity,
Butterfly Conservation. The survey remains open until the end of
August. It just takes 15 minutes on a sunny day, at any location in
the UK which suites you. You can log your sitings directly on the

The Food Group came up with plenty of exciting new ideas for
events and activities last time we met - must be the heat. We're
keen on attempting an autumn event or series of events, with ideas
including apple pressing, food demos, foraging walks or cookery, a
seed saving workshop, plant swap, pruni ... | |
This visit has been arranged for Sustainable Crediton members by
Crediton Town Council. There has been a good response from members,
and a report of the visit will appear in the next newsletter. Note
