More than 50 people attended this inspiring and informative day, some of them completely new to CCA. The forum was one where anyone attending could bring up a topic for discussion related to our opening question: 'How do we prepare Crediton for a future with no cheap oil and with a low carbon footprint.'

Lots of people had ideas for discussions and we had over 20 lively groups going at various times during the day with some great ideas emerging.

As a result of this activity we now have 9 active working groups forming or growing:

• Energy Group 
• Co-Housing Group 
• Green Churches Network 
• Plastic Bags Group
• Transport Group 
• Womens Environmental Network 
• Hearts and Souls Group
