Green ‘Tips’ Wanted for the Courier

Do you have any really good ideas for saving money/energy/recycling/cutting down on food waste or other environmental issues, that you could pass on?

We need a 'bank' of short 'tips' for a regular column in the Courier. They need to be between 50 and 250 words and suitable for publishing at any time of year. You could either write something in your own words or just pass on the outline of your 'tip' to our expert journalist Simon McEwan who writes most of CCA's press releases, and is co-ordinating the column.

Simon would then write up the tip and put your name to it if you would like him to. Don't worry about having to write something polished and professional as Simon will reword your tip if necessary.

Many thanks for your help
