Who do we think we are talking to? What do we say?

It seems we are not quite sure as sure as we should be about who Sustainable Crediton is seeking to influence, and what we should say to them.  Which, considering that we are all about changing what people think and do, is a slight problem  . . .  but apart from that, we are a strong, healthy well-functioning group. That's the result of two (fun, honest!) evenings' work which analysed our capacity as an influential organisation in some detail. Read a report here, and read about the method we used here.

As if we didn't know: the core group has been struggling to produce a basic leaflet for some time, and we struggled some more at our last meeting. The leaflet will be much easier to write when we know what we are saying to whom -- please sign up to be part of the important task of deciding what that is.

We need to get on with it, so the proposal is that a group of members will meet and address this vital question, with the finalisation of the leaflet an urgent task in view.

I hope you can help. Just the job to brighten up a dark dreary evening! With Christmas coming, it's probably best to aim for January. To help arrange a date, please contact me with a rough idea of your availability, and I will send round a doodle poll to set a date.
