The decorations represent commitments which local people and businesses have made to reduce gas emissions and so safeguard the future for the next generations

The Crediton Christmas Tree Festival this year will take place from Thursday 3 December - Sunday 6 December.

In support of the United Nations climate change conference, the Sustainable Crediton Christmas tree this year is a reminder of the part all of us must play in tackling climate change. The decorations represent commitments which local people and businesses have made to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and so safeguard the future for the next generations.

Opening hours will be 11am - 6pm (Thurs & Fri). 10.30am - 7pm (Sat) and 2 - 5pm (Sun).

Admission is free and tours to the Governors' Room and Bell Tower will be on offer at set times during the day.

A concert will take place on Sunday 6th December starting at 6.00pm; tickets £6.

Refreshments will be available in the Boniface Centre:

coffee from 10am - 12noon

light lunches from 12 noon - 2pm

afternoon teas from 2-5.00pm

On Sunday refreshments will be served from 2-5.00pm only.
