The Core Group currently consists of Dee Ross, Core Group Leader; Emma Mitchell, Secretary; Esther Mann, Treasurer, and John Craythorne, Newsletter Editor. We meet informally each month to progress Sustainable Crediton's activities.

Through the Core Group, SusCred provides an umbrella organisation within which interest groups pursue their activities, largely autonomously. Currently active are the Woodland Management Group, Food Group and Waste Group. Other groups which have been active include Transport and Energy. We are very much an organisation which is moulded by you, our members and we positively welcome new proposals for actions which fit our core purpose which is to'help people in Crediton and the local area to lead more sustainable lifestyles and work towards a carbon-neutral future.'

As from February 2020, we shall be meeting at Old Landscore School on the first Monday of the month and meetings are open to any of our members who would like to come along and contribute. We look forward to welcoming you.
