Tim Smit of the Eden Project has teamed up with Westwood
developments in a plan to redevelop 90 hectares of land at Junction
27 to develop a 'Gateway to Devon'.
In September last year Mid Devon Councillors voted to
include an allocation of land at Junction 27 of the M5 for high
quality tourism, leisure, retail and associated additional housing
in the Local Plan.
Will the Eden Ark save us or is it a Trojan Horse?
