Foraging in June

Don't forget to look for wild strawberries and possibly gooseberries. Elderflowers should be out too, so time to make elderflower cordial.

June Seed Saving

Mark one or two of your best broad bean plants to be kept for seed. Leave the pods on the plants until they go black and dry, then pick, shell and finish drying the seeds on paper in a warm dry place.
