Join Anne Stobart, MNIMH, medical herbalist at her cottage practice in Crediton where you will also be able to see a working herbal dispensary. You will learn about a range of suitable plants and their uses alongside how to make several herbal preparations. You will be able to take away a handmade ointment. 

Your skin says a lot about your state of health. Learn about medicinal plants, based on both tradition and research,
which can help improve skin. Externally, herbs provide the basis for many applications to soften, clear and nourish the skin. Herbs can be used internally in many ways to boost nutrition for the skin and help to reduce toxic residues.
