This spring, Embercombe, a charity and social enterprise 7 miles from Exeter, launches this series of one day, hands-on workshops in practical skills. The spring theme is " FOOD: wild and free ", and the workshops will explore the art and science of fermentation, knowledge and experience of foraging and various culinary processes.
