Celebrate all things preserving

Get involved making jams, pickles and chutneys with local experts to make the most of our fabulous local, seasonal produce.

It will be a fun, communal event so roll up your sleeves, bring a sharp knife (and an apron if you feel like it!) and get stuck in. We'll be making two chutneys and a jam and there'll be a demo of how to make quick pickles.

All produce and jars will be provided by local businesses:
Adams Home Hardware, F Milford & Sons, Hanlons
Brewery, Sandford Orchards and Ruth's Real Food.

Tickets cost just £15 for the afternoon and include 2 jars of preserves to take home and (in the Boniface
Centre) homemade cake, tea and plenty of laughs.
