A talk with Jeremy Thres, wilderness rite of passage guide

Rites of Passage have much to teach us from their conscious approach to change. They are the Ancients' way, connecting generations, and still walked in more Earth cherishing cultures than our own.  Together with the Myth and Story with which they so often interweave, they offer profound insight into our living relationship with wider Nature, as well as helping us find perspective and new resources to support our personal journeys.

Jeremy Thres has been a wilderness rite of passage guide for 20 years; he trains practitioners and guides in such work, in particular the Visionfast as developed by Steven Foster and Meredith Little of the School of Lost Borders. He has worked with a number of elders including Thich Nhat Hanh, Joanna Macy, Martin Prechtel, Andy Langford.
