reported that the AWA grant had ben signed off and all paperwork
had been submitted for DCC funding. £410 grant money now ring
fenced for future possible events.Further donation money of £35.86
given to SC.
Pop Up
Shop Manual now nearly finished.

3) Working
with Refurnish

waiting to hear back from Kate after March meeting

- Charles to follow up with Kate and arrange a further meeting with
her.
Discussion
of exit strategy and how often we would want to run an event.
Agreed 2 per year, March and October, maybe for a week at a
time.
4) Crediton Food Festival Recycling
13th and
14th June - Already have some volunteers. 3 time slots on Saturday,
2 on Sunday.
Action
- Anne, Esther and Carolyn all to send lists of volunteers
to Paula for her to put together master list. Paula will then do
doodle poll asking for volunteers for Recycling event.

5) Plastic
Collections
Next one
May 30th. Anne confirmed with MDDC that they will roll out their
plastic collection in June. Agreed that we would need to run May
and July collection and then make a decision when to stop.Still
have £90 grant money, enough for 3 more collections. Agreed to do
some publicity about the plastic collections when they come to an
end ( how many dumpy bags of plastic can you put into the market
square?!)

- Esther to invite Emma (Coordinator) to next WAG meeting at at
2.30 pm.
