Our first Allotment Sunday went very well. Beautiful weather, a great turnout and a tasty impromptu picnic to coincide with Resurgence's 'Slow Sunday' campaign (baking bread to save the planet).

We got a lot of digging done, some leeks and strawberry runners were donated and planted out, and a mud pool was created by our younger helpers.

Homemade, bread, soup, scones and carrot cake helped revitalise us!
