1.Feedback from plastic collection 29/11

a)Rubbish still a problem.

Action-Charles to put notice up on friday night and for January collection only to be at collection at 8.00 am

Action-Esther to notify volunteers for January collection.Anne to email Esther volunteers list again.

Action-Esther and Jill to deliver 2015 leaflets to all venues early January.

Action-Charles to e mail PWS.

Action-Use new area in future for collection

2. Pop up Shop

1) Publicity-posters-A4-25, A5-1000.

Action-Caroline to liaise with Paula and to get these printed.To try new firm on the High Street.

Action-Esther and Jill to deliver and put up all leaflets/posters as per Paula's list week commencing 05/01/15.

Action-all to print off some of A6 flyers and put in Boniface Centre this week for the xmas tree festival.

Banner-use vistaprint-to do after next meeting

Action-Esther to ask Frank Letch to open the shop on 06/02 at 10.00 am

2)Volunteers

Charles to construct a doodle poll and send to Esther to send to all on the combined volunteer list ask for help. Charles also to put out a doodle poll in January Sus Cred newsletter.

Action- all to ask friends to help. Esther to keep a master copy of the volunteers rota.

Pre-launch party- to organise at next meeting. 

3)Equipment

Action-Esther to ask green shop what equipment they have and if they have any heaters etc.Ask to borrow anything useful.

Action-Jill to find out about clothes rails.We have enough hangers between us.

Action-Anne to contact Dee to see if she has the S/C stall kit and the donation box and Esther to pick it up from her.

4) Exit Strategy etc 

discussion about valuable items brought into the shop.Could sell them on ebay and donate money to charity.

Action-Jill to contact Tiverton person to ask what they did at their event.

Action- Charles to research the legalities/ insurance issues of having electrical goods in the shop.

Refurnish look as if they are open now. If people come to the pop up shop with big items then we can redirect them there.Refurnish to be contacted later.

Still need to do a volunteers procedure checklist.Possibly allow volunteers to take what they want at the end of the day.
