Sustainable Crediton Newsletter Issue 70

We have an amazing and ambitious four weeks of activities coming up. Something to appeal to everyone we hope. Please do come along to one or all of the events and support us in what we are doing.

Find out about what we are doing generally at our exhibition in Crediton Library throughout May. Come and hear beekeeper Imogen Hallam talk about bees on the 3rd May at 7:30pm at Crediton Leisure Centre. On the following day we are setting up a new Crediton Litter Picking Group. Please join us at Crediton Town Council Chamber, Market Street at 7pm on the 4th May.

Our Annual Get-together Mashup (AGM) takes place at the Crediton Inn at 7:30pm on the 16th May. This will be a sociable evening where our plans for the future will be unveiled with entertainment provided by our very own group The Woodmen.

At the 21st May Farmers Market, the Waste Action Group will have a stall showcasing how to reuse items in the garden and save money as well.

Finally we have an important event on the 6th June at 7:30pm which is our unique EU Referendum debate at QE School. We will have four non-political speakers giving their take on whether to stay or exit from the EU.
